Meet DREF’s New Program Associate Alija Harrison
DREF welcomes our new Program Associate, Alija Harrison, a proud Prince George’s County native from Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
He holds a Bachelor of Science d
egree in Child and Adolescent Studies from Bowie State University. Alija brings a strong background in customer service, program coordination, youth development, and administrative support, with experience in both nonprofit and healthcare settings.
A dedicated community advocate, Alija is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, where he continues to embody the fraternity’s values of achievement and service.
As Program Associate at the Delta Research and Educational Foundation, Alija is excited to contribute to the Foundation’s mission of empowering communities through research and educational initiatives. He looks forward to working with the DREF team and supporting programs that create meaningful and lasting impact.
