DREF Presents Charitable Engagement Webinar for DST Chapters

The Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF) continues to support DST Chapters through Charitable Engagement Service (CES) as it presents two informational webinars. The webinars will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) and on Thursday, June 17, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). The same workshop will be held on both dates.

Registrants are permitted to attend only one of the webinars. Chapters in the Eastern, Midwest, South Atlantic and Southern Regions are encouraged to attend on June 16th and chapters in the Central, Farwest, and Southwest Regions (and any other chapters not on Eastern Time) may attend on June 17th.

Let’s Launch the 2021-22 Fiscal Year Together 

Chapter Presidents, Fiscal Officers, Fundraising Chairpersons, Program Chairpersons, and DREF liaisons are invited to attend the informational webinar to learn how the DREF Charitable Engagement Service is designed to support the fundraising initiatives of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. chapters. Webinar participants will be apprised of new DREF policies and procedures related to using the CES. Newly elected and appointed chapter officers/chairpersons are highly encouraged to attend.  Additionally,  chapter members wanting to learn more about Workplace Giving and/or supporting DREF in general are encouraged to attend. Topics to be covered will include:

  • New Fiscal Policies and Procedures
  • Scholarship Awards
  • Online Charitable Programs
  • Grant Seeking
  • Corporate Sponsorships
  • Workplace Giving
